Walking through the store to get to parts... I love all the new inventory. But I am very bothered by the employees' that are leaving. I've been a customer of Barney's for 45 years. I've bought countless numbers of motorcycles and Waverunners from this dealership. I also overheard several other customers that they are considering a new dealership to go to. I also heard a guy venting at a sales man, that he had a problem a vehicle that he'd had issues with, he said he'd e-mailed and e-mailed and e-mailed upper management and has not heard a single response yet. Based on his tone I'm sure you lost another customer. And if things stay as they are, after 45 years, I'll start looking for a new place to spend my money as well.
